“Sage and Rosebery” Cottages are our brand new “olde worlde”, fully self-contained premium accommodation premises with all of the modern conveniences.
The Cottages are ideal for family, corporate or wedding group accommodation, perfectly located at the start of the Yarra Valley, close to all of the major wedding venues including Stones of the Yarra Valley, Zonzo – Yarra Valley, Vines of the Yarra Valley and Coombe – Yarra Valley estate, Chateau Wyuna etc.
The Oaks Lilydale Accommodation is ideal for couples, families or groups up to 12, with 6 people in each house. The Cottages both have three bedrooms and are located just 3 minutes from Lilydale station in a beautiful tranquil location. “The Oaks Lilydale” can be booked as a one, two or three bedroom accommodation upon request.
Our Cottages both have fully equipped kitchens, reverse cycle heating & cooling, & complimentary Foxtel & WiFi. All linen and towels are provided. Complimentary continental breakfast & snack supplies are included. Outdoor private deck area with BBQ facilities. Undercover parking is provided. Cot & highchair provided.

Beautifully restored spaces, incredible Australian heritage / decorative elements through the immaculate gardens. A great base for the Yarra Valley. Kerry’s place is just delightful. It is spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and has great amenities. The property is located within easy walking distance to Lilydale’s shops, cafes and railway station, but is quiet and relaxing. Kerry is the perfect host. She is very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. We very much appreciated the late checkout for our son and daughter-in-law, as their flight wasn’t until later in the day.
